ANGORA WANTS PEACE CONFERENCE AT SMYRNA

RUSSIA AND BLACK SEA STATES INCLUDED

While not quitd so far advanced in its deliberations as the agreement reported yesterday would suppose, the Mudania Conference is making genuine and satisfactory progress, and a final settlement is said to be in sight to-day. The Angora Government has replied agreeing to a Peace Conference, suggesting Smyrna as the place, and the 20th of October as the date. The sting in the taiL.of the reply is that it requests also the inclusion of Russia' and the Black Sea States at the^ Oonference.
