PERTH, 25th September. Owing to a strong wind a whaleboat, conveying parts of the Lick Observatory's expedition's' five-foot and fifteenfoot Einstein cameras from Wallnl to the schooner Gwendoline was swamped in shallow water. No serious damage was dona. It is repdrted that all parts were recovered.
