GAMES IN WELLINGTON
The hockey team which is to represent Wellington at Palmerston North on Saturday next played a trial game at Karori Park on Saturday afternoon with a team selected from the Karori and Hutt Valley teams. The local representatives showed good form, and convinced: spectators that they would give a good account of themselves in the shield match.
A match was play«d at Karori on Saturday between teams representing the Wellington Technical College and the Christchurch Cadets. The result was a win for the Wellington team by three goals to one. i
