AT LOWER HUTT
The arrangements at St. James's Church, Lower Hutt, included a church parade of Scouts and Bible classes at the morning service, and a rally for all boys of'the district at St. James's Hall, at 2.30 p.m^ In the evening a special boys' service, with on appropriate address, was held.
