ALTERATIONS IN NEW ZEALAND' TEAM.
Alterations in the New Zealand hookey team, which is to meet Australia at Palmerston North on Wednesday nest, ware announced fco-day. Watchman and Heaphy, both of Wellington, will play in pkco of Grice and Alexander, of Auok^ land, both of whom are en tho injured list. C Dee, of Nelson, will act as emergency forward.
In yesterday's report of the Magistrate's Court proceedings, it was stated that on a judgment summons Matthew Sliecran had been ordered to pay £11 5s 6d to F. N. Cnrr. Tho names wore unfortunately toverted; tho debtor was F. N, Carr.
