ONE PORTFOLIO TOO MANY.
"I quite agree that no Minister should fc<s asked to hold two such important portfolios as Lands and Railways," stated the Hon. D. H. Guthrie in .the House yesterday. "I am satisfied from my own experience that a Minister would have quite enough to do if he had nothing but Railways. Certainly Jie would have very few idle moments."
