WHY DISCRIMINATE?
"Why discriminate?" asked Dr. A. K. Newman in the Houae last night afteV s&veral members had referred to the fact that the Railway Department carried lime for farmers free of charge for a distance •of one hundred miles. It waa urged that the privilege should be extended to manures, particularly Nauru phosphates. "Why discriminate?" asked Dr. Newman.
