CHANAK.
PARJS, 21st September. Marshal Foch handed M. Poincare a statement that Chanak could not-be held in face of a real enemy attack without a hundred thousand soldiers and a fleet to back them up. M. Poincare handed Marshal Foch'a opinion to Lord Curzon, who forwarded it to Mr. Lloyd George.
