BRITANNIA THEATRE,
The main feature at the Britannia Theatre to-day is '"Maan to Man," a Universal-jewel production, and it is an excellent starring vehicle for Harry Carey, filmed with elaborate attention to the qualities a Western story should proyide. A cattle stampede of five thousand head is one of the spectacular scenes. "Man to Man" is based on Jackaon Gregory's novel of that name. .It is a virile story of a man who went down, and then climbed back with a little girl's hand in his and a woman's smile waiting to greet him.
STAR THEATRE, NEWTOWN.
"Diamonds Adrift," a Vitagraph film featuring Earle Williams, will lie screened at the Star Theatre, Newtown, this evening. A cat travels several thousand miles with a priceless diamond bracelet round its neck, and around this unusual happening/ an interesting story its interwoven. Xhe programme includes Charlie Chaplin in "The Female Impersonator." There are also excellent "supports.
