Samuel Holland appeared before Justiqes this morning and was charged.with the murder of James Gill on Saturday night. Application by the police for a remand until sth September was granted. Accused's counsel applied for bail. The, police opposed the application,. but bail was allowed, .the total amount being £1000. . . | .
