MEMORIAL TO DEAD SOLDIER
A; memorial to the late Sergeant F. W. Crpinbie, who lost his life in the Great Wan, and who was closely associated with, the \ Church,,of .St. Gerard, was unveiled yepterday by his Grace Archbishop Reelwood, S.M., at St. Gerard's "Church. Solemn High-- Mass was celebrated at 10 o'clock by the Rev. Father Wholnn, C.SS.R:, Rector of St. .Gerard's,- assisted by tho Rev. Fathers Duffy and .'Wnlghe, C.SS.R. -Tho Roy. Father -Mitchell; C.SS.R., was master of ceremonies,/and the sormon was preached by the Rev. Father Campbell, C.SS.TJ. ■ T Hi|%Graco- the Archbishop presided at tho : Masse,■ "at ivhich there was a crowded congregation. Father Mitchell, C.SS.R.' ./ 'This music was as follows :—-Neidermey4r's "Pie Jesu," in memory of tße. departed souls; Silver's "0 Salutaris"; '■"Eatribillottfe's "Magnificat" in .C and "Tantunr Ergo" in C minor; Oakes's setting of tho*"Diyiuo Praises" No., 3, id D; and 'GioVa'nni AUegri's "Adorenuts 'in aetornum." ■
