MANY KI&S THE. DEAD MAN.
DUBLIN, 25th August.

Enormous qrowds gathered outside the building, and for hours a steady streara moved past the open coffin.- Many made the sign of the Cross and kissed the face |of the dead man aa they walked past; others prayed audibly, and some gave way to tears. At noon the public were excluded, while Ultimate friends and relatives viewed the body. These included Mr. polling's brother John, who was deeply moved. He bent down and embraced the body, then knelt and prayed. When he rose he grasped his dead brother's hand and left the hall.
