BERLIN, 27th August. Attempting to check, the collapse of the mark, the Government has decided to reduce imports to a mininram, imposeadditional tufttion on htzimea, increase the export duties, reduce the production of beer and spirits, attempt to increase the supplies' of bread, meat, and fish,, which will be given transport preference. In response to the trade unions'' appeal, representatives of British Labour and French and Dutch SodaWsts have arrived to confer with the German labour leaders.
