3TOP OUT CLUB.

The annual meeting of the Stop Out Cricket .Club WB3 attended by. about thirty members, Mr. J. P. Corden presiding. The annual report, allowing a creditable year's work; was . adopted; [ 'She report' also showed that the club had played. during the past season two fourth-grade, -one senior boys','' and /one boys' intermediate team. Owing to the rules of the Wellington Cricket Association prohibiting the : affiliation to its body of small clubs, thel club was compelled to' seek the aid of a : club which had' a number of teams in the competition. The Y.M.C.Af kindly consented to * the. affiliation of the two / Stop Out fourth teams, and so enabled the teams mentioned to participate in the 'competition. '■■' The . senior ; boys', team ;■ were champion winners, while the i boys' irV termediate were runners-up: The Stop Out.'players who gained, representative honours were E. Pratt (fourth),'A. Bolton and O. Johnson \(senior boys). The following .officers; were i elected :— President, Rev. T.'Feilden Taylor; vicepresidente, Messrs: Thos. Ballinger,' C, L. Cplling, and'H. M'Girr; hon. secre-' tary, Mr.. E. Pratt; treasurer, Mr. ,J. P. Corder; ; management. committee, Messrs. Golightly, J.
