TAKE NOTICE that a Citation has been issiied out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Blenheim citing you to appear and answer the Petition of MAUDE BOWERS, of Blenheim, in the Baid Provincial District of Marlborough, wherein she prays for a dissolution of her marriage with you on the ground of' desertion, and such. Citation intimates that in default of your so doing the Court will proceed to hear the said Petition and to pronounce sentence therein notwithstamdng your absence: Now, therefore, take notice that for the purpose aforesaid you are, within fortytwo days after the date of this publication, to attend in person or by your Solicitor at the Supreme Court Office at Blenheim, and there to enter an appearance, without which you will not be allowed, to address the Court at any stage of the proceedings.
