TWO-GUINEA FEE FOR PUPILS,

Commencing from January, a fee of two guineas a quarter is to be charged for public high school pupils in accordance with the Government's new policy. Certain exemptions will be granted in cases where parents are not in receipt of salaries exceeding £250, ov where more than .two of the "same family are attending school. '
