Probably much grain wiflj be wasted, as the weakened peasants^ whose stock has perished during thtk famine, will be unable to reap it. Ihat) Soviets' uncompromising attitude at ti__ Genoa and Hague Conferences is due (A the prospects of an excellent harvest. The Soviet leaders say that Russia caa now afford to wait, instead of -making further concession to the bourgeois Gow* ernments.
