'Jones, led from th« Seatoun terminus through the tunnel, and across the fields to the gasworks. -Yom there tho paper led along to the Minamar train terminus, and across the -dlland down on to tlie beach. The trail then led: along the road and back to Seatoun. A 220 yds' run-in was heldi resulting' in a win for A. Richards, with Gillies and Graineir second and third' respectively. J. M*Kinlay nun well with the • fast pack, and was the finst fast-pack man to catch the slow pack. He is sure to show up well in the club championships. Excellent entries have been, received for this race, which is to be held from Hutt Park next week.
