LONDON, 13th July,
Mr. Lloyd George, in the House of Commons, said it was necessary for the Allied Governments to consult each other regarding the German moratorium, but the British Government thought that such a respite should be given to Germany as would enable her to restore her finances and make reasonable payments at the earliest date.
