THE HAGUE, 12th July.
The session ended with the speech of Sir Philip Lloyd-Graeme, who, addressing the Russians, stated: "We are all prepared to leave the facts to speak for themselves. You have been invited to state what compensation you are prepared to give. Yon declined to accept any obligation, or make compensation. You declined to give us the foim of any compensation which you could make, even if you -would give compensation. If we do not discuss the-line of compensation and restoration at all, the basis of this Conference falls to the ground. It is useless to engage in any further discussion." THE HAGUE, 13th July. It is hoped to avert a final break-! 3own of the Conference. The Private | Property and Credits Commission will meet to-day, without the Russians.
