PERTH, Sth. July. The Licensing; Commission lias recommended that clubs be closed to visitors outside hotel hours, and dub premises bo open to inspecliou by the police; that hotel trading hours be on goldfields ninr in the morning till eleven at night, and other districts nine to nine, as at present; no person under the age of twenty-one to bo served with liquor «r employed in hotel bars. Regarding local option, it is recommended that a poll be taken throu.ghoi.il the Slate on the question of wet or dry State, to be decided by a simple majority of the votes cast.
