The Premier called a meeting of the [Allied Ministers and asked permission to pott/pone the payment o£ tie Boxer indemnities. The Ministers have referred the ma-fcter to their respective Govern•menis.
Mr. H. H. "WiUonghdy, of Washington, has been offered the post of adviser U> Dr. .Wellington Koo and the Pekin commission for ■ f.he reorganisation of the Chinese finances.
