Pauline Frederick r the heroine in "Bonds of Love," the Goldwyn production now being screened at Shortt's' Theatre. Una Sayre is engaged as a governess for Jimmy in the. home of the Oabots. For fear that the new governess will overcome Cabot's' vow never to marry again, Lucy Beckman and her brother Harry, who have been living on the bounty of their brother-in-law, enter into a compact to keep the memoTy of their dead sister always in Daniel's mind. Just ar Una is about to take her departure she rescues the boy from drowning, and her bravery causes the father to beg her to stay.
