EMPRESS THEATRE
"The ( Rosary" is the chief attraction for this week at the" Empress Theatre. Lewis Stone as Father Brian Kelly' has the support of Jane Novak, Robert Goodwin, Wallace Beery, and Harold Goodwin in a striking story of how faith'^overcomes the corruption in a small fishing village. The treble love gives additional interest to a powerful play, admirably acted. Mr. Herbert Wood sings "My Rosary" during the screening of the film, which is notable for its beautiful scenery. A novel film was that describing the process of the manufacture of Kodak celluloid, while the gazettes are full'of interest, and a Snub Pollard comedy adds humour to a fine bill. Mr. H. G. Avery's orchestra' is responsible for some tuneful selections. ■ i ;
