SYDNEY, This Day. , Mr. M. P. Cordie, general manager in Australia for the Royai Packet Line, who is_ returning to Java, scuuted the suggestion that German shipping is waiting in Javanese and Far Eastern ports till August with the object of dumping cargo into Australia, though he admitted that German shipping concerns r#'e gradually increasing their services of steamers to the East.
