BRUSSELS, 3rd/July. A meeting of radio telegraphists, representing Belgium, Denmark, Britain, Greece, Holland, and Italy, resolved to form_ an international federation. Resolutions were adopted demanding the fixing of an international manning scale, the: abolition of "diluted labour," and the acquisition 'of ; the English and French languages by operators.
