The etory deals with a bigoted, headstrong . father, who rules his family irith.a rod of iron and brings up his son to a career in the church, when that son is by no means fitted for such an office; the girl-wife,' loyal to death, who does not disclose this boy's secret marriage -with her j the beautiful sister of the boy and her sensational exit from the puritaraeal roof-tree^—these are < some .of the elements that contribute to a forc«ful and dramatic story. Miss Gwen Spanswick sings several sokw. The orchestra, under the baton of Mr. L. D. Austin, plays selecfcioire from Wallace's "Maritana." \
