Miss Eleanor Rathbone, president of the National Union of Societies for Equal Citizenship, a member of the Liverpool City Couuncil, and a Justice of the Peace, has inherited the mantle of Mrs. Fawcett, the retired and honoured leader of constitutional women suffragista for half a century.
