THE KING'S THEATRE.

Thomas H. Ince's newest film feature, "Hail, the Woman," to be screened at the King's Theatre to-night, is > described as "a great motion picture," in which a magnificent tribute is paid to womanhood. It does not set out to present any special, sermon or a lesson.in morality, but is just a plain, human drama of life. Florence Vidor takes the leading part, that of Judith Beresford, and in the end she completely upsets her bigoted father's philosophy that "men and their sons come first." Judith goes out into the world to battle for her ideals, facing life in a great city's turmoil. The management has engaged for the coming week Miss Gwen Spanswick.. an Australian soprano. The King's Orchestra, under Mr. Austin, has/arranged a special musical score. '■ ;. „ ;
