Three cases arising out of a breach of the hotel workers' award were heard at the Petone Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr. P. K. Hunt, S.M.

A. C. Wright, the licensee of the Central Hotel, Petone, was charged by Mr. J. Jackson, Inspector of Awards, with a breach of the award, in that he paid Miss M.
