TO-MORROW'S LOCAL MATCHES.
Good football should be seen at Association Park to-morrow afternoon when Thistle and V.M.C.A. (B) will meet. When the teams met earlier in the sea-' son Thistle left the field with three goals to one to their credit, but there is no doubt that Young. Men have brought their game up considerably lately and are out to reverse the scores to-morrow. Karori and Watersiders will meet on No. 2 ground. The Wellington players selected to represent New Zealand against Australia in the first Test at Dunedin on Saturday week, viz., Ewing, Jones, Brownlee, Anton, Campbell, and Ballard, are playing for their respective teams.
