The Nevada Supreme Court has sustained the legality of the Pickford-Moore divorce. It is unlikely that any appeal will be made. to the United States Supreme Court. The decision has ended two years' litigation. The Court held that the State had no right to attack the divorce, Mid that the Court in which tho attack waa made had too jurisdiction.
