HINTS ON COIFFURE
A becoming coiffure and dainty footwear are two necessities towards a successful evening toilette. A broad "headache") band ornamented with beads and a, bead "fringe \at one side suits certain types. The sandal shoe sets off,a pretty, foot. A light coronet of jet and a black ostrich feather look charming on a fair firl. The low-vamped shoe completed y a jewelled tongue is most attractive.
A cluster of flowers over the .ear is a simple finish to a simple style of hair dressing. Brocade and a ribbon cockade are shoe fancies of the moment.
A wreath of leaves with falling ends may be jewelled or not,as -fancy dictates. Lacing in lattice designs looks well with a plain satin shoe. . And the Russian diadem lends itself to various materials and a universally becoming effect. Black shoes with .an anklet strap and a fan-like ornament are extremely smart. ■ ,
