Healthful! Economical ! Order "X" -JAM from-your Grocer to-day.* ; BUTTER! BUTTER! BUTTER! SCIENTIFIC BUYING IS FIRST: Knowing exactly .what you are buying. SECOND: Getting exactly what you aie paying for. OUR METHOD OF SELLING OFFERS YOU EVERY FACILITY. FOR THIS BECAUSE ' OUR BUTTER is sold in four grades,^ each quality either from tho bulk or in pats. In each case the Government Grading Certificate is on exhibition in our window, so that you see exactly what grade you are getting for your money, and can choose your own quality at a price consistent with the grade you ielect. FOR YOUR INFORMATION: Firstgrade Butter, as graded by the Government Experts, ranges from 88 to 100 points. Tho Butter, generally sold on this market as first-grade is from 89 to 92 pointß. From 93 points upwards it is classed as super-grade, and is the highest quality obtainable, very fow factories being able to obtain such high grading for their product. From 83 down to 80 points, butter is classed as second-grade, and while being quite palatable when fresh, has not the same keeping qualities as first-grade or super-grade. Whey Butter and Creamery Butter, point for point, are identical. Wfiey Butter is manufactured in small quanntios at certain cheese factories equipped! .with special plant for the purpose, an 3 in some cases grades as high as 90 and 91 points. It will be seen, therefore, that 91-point Whoy Butter is exactly the same as 91-point first-grade Creamery Butter, and, as will be seen from our grade notes, no Whey Butter under 90 and 91 pointe will bo sold. Millions of pounds' worth of New Zealand Butter is sold solely on the quality as shown by the Government Grader's Certificate, and if this method is sufficient for the London Vruyers to buy thousands of tons, it should surely prove satisfactory for tho consumer to accept the same proofs of quality. Our proofs of quality will bo tho Government Grader's Certificate, exhibited with every line we sell. The following aro.tho grades wo sell: MAYPOLE BRAND, Super-grade Creamery,/94 points and over, Is 6d per ,Ib. ROSY MORN, First-grade Creamery, 91 to 93 points, Is 5d per lb. BUTTERCUP BRAND, First-grade Whey, 90 to 91 points, Is 4d per lb. GLEN BRAND, Second-grade Creamers, 86 to 87 points, Is 4d per lb.. You will notice that we sell no Firstgrade Creamery under 91 points. . In our opinion, First-grade Bnttor under 91 points docs not always give satisfaction. / I Our Prices for these Butters are attractive, and the fact that you get tho grgde you pay for and only pay for the grade you get, and see the_ proof aa per Government' Grader's Certificate, should appeal to you as sound marketing.
