PONEKE CLUB.
The Poneke Football Club held » special meeting last evening, Mr. •A. F. Wiren presiding. ' A motion was passed as follows:— '^hft- * deputation approach ' the w r -5-S-H- cx PressinS regret that the W.H.J.U. did not make a favourable recommendation with regard to the reinstatement of A. Morris." It was decided that the club support the W.R.F.U. and the Petone Football Club, both financially and otherwise, in any a,ction.they may I take in regard to the Petone Borough1 Council. The following vice-presidents were elected:—Sir John Luke, Messrs. C. J. Norwood, R. Tirigey, S. Cody, S. Johns.
