EVERYBODY'S THEATRE.
The superstitious beliefs of a century ago form' the basics of the dramatic theme of " The House of the 'Tolling Bell," the main feature of the change of programme at Everybody's Theatre this week. Situated in a lonely part in Louisiana is the Cole plantation, long since gone to rack and ruin, and in the midst of the desolation stands the master's home. A grandson of Cole's, a young man from New York, hears of the particulars of a will, and determines to wiu for himself the old inheritance. He takes up his residence on the Cole estate, and then "things happen." "The Kinsman,", an adaptation of Mrs. Alfred Sedgwick's novel of the same name, is the second feature, and there are also supports; including a comedy, a Gazette, and a Review. Excellent orchestral accompaniments complete the programme, which will be repeated this evening.
