STRAND THEATRE.
-Packed houses at all sessions witnessed the fine programme at the Strand on Saturday night, which is headed by three big features, the first of which is "The Sign On the Door," Channing Pollock's successful melodrama, featuring the talented screen star, Nonna Tahnadge. The picture, is an ideal feature attraction, being in plot one of the most logical andi wellconstructed dramas ever written. The next picture on the programme is a First National attraction, "The Notorious Miss Lisle," starring tihe American beauty actress," Katherine Macdonald. On the lighter' side of this programme is Snooky, the famous chimpanzee, in one of his mirth-provoking comedies, "The Big Show," a comedy which makes one aJmoat believe this wonderful animal to be human. The latest Pathe Gazette is aJeo screened, but the circus serial, "The Lure of the Circus," is screened at the day sessions only.
