_ On Saturday last the Brooklyn HarHers' run was held from Karori, over twenty runners partifcipating. The cottrse of.about five miles covered . very mixed' country, the finish, being at the Cemetery.- The run-in of about 200yds resulted in Gillott, with 25yds and a. flying start, just beating M. Walls for .first place, with N. Meeeh third.1 After the i*un members and supporters' partook of afternoon tea at the .invitation of Mr. A. Mitchell.' •.■'■
