WANGANUI, this Day.

The weather was fine for training .operations this morning. Tenterfield did seven furlongs in lmin 32 3-ssec, Orchid five furlongs in lrajn 3 2-ssec, and Miss Gold five in lmin 3 3-ssec. Paonui jumped the hurdles nicely. Gladful did better than Vagabond over the hurdles. Hyttus went,a round of the bi- fences by himself, ' jumping in great style. Tatton Park was schooled over hurdles, jumping well. Master Boris and Sir i Solo went a mile and a-half over the big fences, the former showing most dash. Both jumped well.
