TERROR IN BELFAST
SERIES OF FIENDISH CRIMES
WOMEN AND CHILDREN SHOT.

(Received May 15, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 14th MayB.elfast was on Sunday the scene of a series of fiendish outrages by gunmen, extending through the ■ afternoon till the evening, when the/ shooting was general in various areas. The victims included a young boy and a girl aged1 twelve. Two women were shot dead and fourteen others were wounded. The authorities take the gravest view of the trouble, and fear further extensive outbreaks. ■
