SYDNEY, This Day,
The executive of the Australian Labour Party has expe'iied Mr. Oatts, one of its representatives, by 18 votes to 13, alter a stormy meeting. No official explanation Jias been offered, but it is generally believed the action lias been prompted by a candid article by Mr. Catts in a Sunday paper, in which ho endeavoured to fix the blame for the recent Labour defeat ou«the executive. It is officially stated that members of the Catholic .Fcderafbn and phe Loyal Orange Lodge are ineligible to join the Labour movement.
