Orders were made on three judgment summonses as iollow : — E. Middleton to pay Strange and Co., Ltd., £8 12s 2d forthwith, or undergo seven days' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended in order to allow defendant, to pay £t by 30th April, and the balance by 30th May. K. Holmes to pay £13 133 to Duncan Wark forthwith, in default 14 days in gaol,- the warrant to be suspended for four weeks.
T. C. Webb to pay the Maaterton Farmers' Implements Company £13 16s 3d forthwith, or undergo It days' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended for a month.
