POSSESSION OF OPIUM
Decision was given in the Magistrate's Court to-day by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the case in which Git Toon was charged with being in possession of opium in a form suitable for smoking. The Magistrate convicted Toon and fined him £25. At the hearing Mr. E. R. Brabazon appeaTed for the Customs Department, and the defendant was represented by Mr. E. G. Jellicoe.
