SIR JAMES CRAIG'S METHODS
CRITICISED BY MR. COLLINS
(Received March 28, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 27th March. Mr. Collins has issued a that he Would attend the London confer-' enee, although the Provisional Government had not sought' a conference. The Free State had, been ever ready to reach an agreement with Sit James Craig. It had gone far to meet him, and had never broken any undertaking it had giVeri. Unfortunately, Sir James Craig had not been equally meticulous. He had neither kept his undertakings nor attempted to meet the Free State on several controversial points. Though he hopes for the best from the conference, Mr. Collins said he could not see any escape" from the Northern impasse until Sir James Craig radically altered his inimical attitude towards the Free State and the helpless minority in Belfast.
