STRAND THEATRE.

The programme at the Strand Theatre is of outstanding merit this week. •Soldom have two such notable features as "Tho Kid" and "Molly '0" been presented on the same programme. Charles Chaplin has given the world a story which, though simple in form and construction, will live foT a long time in screen history as one of tho finest contributions to the motion picture art. Of equal merit is the Mack SenneU production "Molly '0," with Mabel Normahd in tho lead. It outclasses "Mickey," both in comedy and drama, and never has the popular comedienne been so well placed as in tho part-.of; Molly O'Dair. A further cpisodo of the "Lure of the Circus" is screened at the day sessions only.
