BROOKLYN CLUB.

The annual report of the Brooklyn Harriers and Amateur 'Athletic Club, presented to the annua.l meeting this week, stated that the club had had one of its most successful seasons in recent years. The club membership now stood at 52 active members and four honorary members. During the past 'season twelve club runs had been heldl, and seven races contested, and attendance badges had been awarded t. twelve members who had attended every ran. After enumerating the championship and other successful Tunners of the season, the report concluded with am expression of thanks to all hosts andi hostesses for invitation runs, to all who supported the club with donations, and all who otherwise rendered service. The committee also placed on record its appreciation of the valuable assistance afforded by the president and vice-presi-dents at the various club runs and races.

The annual meeting was largely attended 1, Mr. J. 0. Shorlaiid being in the chair. ,

Fitchstt; lion, treasurer, Mr. A. Irvine; delegates to Wellington centre, Messrs G. O. Sherwood and D. Todd.; official time-keepers, Messrs. W. Burk, D. 0. Todd, and G. M'Queen; sole handiicapper a.nd selector, Mr. L. R,. Poutawere; lion, secretary, Mr. G. 0. Sherwood. ,
