CAPETOWN, 16tH March.

Among the Red plots which failed were arrangements to link up the forces on tho various centres. The disorganiaation of the plans 'reduced them to sporadic attacks.

As an aftermath of the outbreak, at least ten thousand prisoners and other suspects will have to be sifted and examined.
