The Full Court at Melbourne has fixed next Wednesday for hearing Colin Ross's application for leave to appeal against his conviction for the murder of the girl Tirschke, and for the appeal itself to the Court. It also directed prisoner's counsel to furnish not later thnn 11th March an affidavit * setting out the Ml grounds of tho appeal.
