The Reparations Commission's report up to 31st December states that Germany had paid the Allies on account of reparations 6487 million sold marjes (approximately £1317,000,000), exclusive of (machinery and cattle which. ha.ye been restored.
The Temps comments that, if the payments made for the cost of armies of occupation be included the German payments in cash and kind'raid the Cession of State property total 1110 million gold murks (approximately £56,(300,000).
