FOGWELL IN TRAINING
Billy Fogwell, the sculling champion of New Zealand, is putting in some solid training on the Wairau in preparation for his match with Pat Hanna.n for the championship about the end of March. Fogjwell is sorely out of training, not having seen a boat since his last race with Hannan, but a week's work at the sculls has made him at home once more on the water, and the nature of his occupation at Hokitika ensures that he never gets soft. Hannan,'who ia in fairly* good : training has had only a couple of spins in his boat during the past week, but hopes to get down to it solidly in a few days. ' ■ -,
